Cathleen began her career in the staffing industry in 1996. Serving in a variety of positions, including recruiting manager, branch manager, business development director, corporate trainer, and Vice President of Professional Services, Cathleen brings a tremendous range of experience and knowledge industry as the leader of PrincetonOne’s Professional Search division.

With two decades’ worth of sales and recruiting experience, Cathleen and her team create value for clients by delivering comprehensive talent acquisition solutions designed to exceed the unique hiring demands of customers large and small.

Cathleen earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Marietta College.
