Employee Spotlight: Drew Stevenson

We sat down with Drew to learn a bit more about our talented teammate. Here’s what he had to say.

 

Where are you originally from?
I was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. However, I have family roots in Fort Wayne and Mississippi.

What’s your favorite part of the business?
I enjoy speaking to all different types of people and being able to crack bad jokes.

Chicken Alfredo

90s Nickelodean: Hey Arnold

Favorite Sports Team?
Indiana Pacers

Favorite vacation spot?
Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Most satisfying placement and why?
I placed a Regional Sales Manager for a pharmaceutical company during my first months in the role. This was a very complicated profile and was also a management position. I got to speak to some great representatives and was able to form a strong relationship with the candidate who eventually got the job. The role was one of my first real challenges as a recruiter and truly helped me improve my skills and confidence.

Why did you decide to join PrincetonOne RPO?
I decided to join PrincetonOne during my last semester at IU. I was looking for an opportunity to where I could continue to develop my professional skills, work with others, and gain fulfillment from my interaction with clients. I found PrincetonOne as an opportunity to do just that. When I came in for an interview and office tour everyone had a smile on their face and seemed to be very passionate about their work. I knew then, I had found a good fit.

Person within PrincetonOne that you would like to acknowledge?
Brittany Rednour: She continues to motivate me to continue to learn and challenge myself on a daily basis. Her industry knowledge and critical thinking skills are seemingly boundless, and she is also there to offer guidance when needed. She is a crucial component to my success and development.

Person you most admire?
Magic Johnson – For being a great athlete, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist

Favorite mentor or mentee?
Dr. Cornel West – Humans Rights Activist and Professor of Philosophy at Harvard University

One interesting fact that no one knows about you?
I am an avid movie lover and am passionate about photography.
