Stan brings almost 10 years of experience to his role as Strategic Account Director with PrincetonOne. Committed to delivering nothing less than A-level talent to his clients, Stan’s success is evidenced by his ability to achieve President’s Club status annually since joining the firm in 2016.
Where are you originally from?
What’s the most rewarding part about being a recruiter?
Hearing from clients and candidates after a placement that everything is working out better than they had expected.
Who is your favorite client and why?
I enjoy the rapport I have with the COO of a leading provider of passenger and guest services, including self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers and massage chairs. We worked together to fill gaps in operations and place a candidate in a newly created Technology Officer role. This position helped change the company’s future and enabled the owner to reach his ultimate goal of selling the company.
What’s your most rewarding placement and why?
For more than 10 years prior to placing the Vice President of Fulfillment at the world’s largest carpet manufacturer, the company had only been hiring from within. Since this was a newly created position that combined skills from functions that are not traditionally aligned, they utilized my years of experience to help them fill the role.
Who do you most admire?
People who volunteer.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy a variety of outdoor sports, including rock climbing and mountain biking. And I like going to listen to (almost) any type of live music.
What’s one interesting fact no one knows about you?
Well someone knows, but I appeared in a Bollywood film once.
