Employee Spotlight – Ryan Duffy

Meet Ryan Duffy from our RPO team in Indianapolis.

“Ryan has such a great work ethic. Taking a ‘heads-down’ approach, he is the true definition of a team player—always willing to go above and beyond to deliver for both his clients and colleagues. Even as his workload increases, he approaches every new challenge with positivity and enthusiasm.”

Ryan is a Recruiting Relationship Manager who has been with PrincetonOne since 2016. In the past two years, he has helped connect qualified professionals across the country with opportunities to take their careers to the next level.

Ryan particularly enjoys working with one of PrincetonOne’s long standing clients—a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies to help people with serious medical conditions lead fulfilling lives. Working in conjunction with national hiring managers, he feels the company boasts exceptional products, fantastic pipeline development, and in his opinion, an exceptional leadership team and overall company culture.

One of Ryan’s most notable placements was for a national petroleum company, which took almost six months to fill. Although it was a lengthy interview process, at the end of the day, both the client and the candidate were very appreciative of his hard work and tenacity.

On a personal note, Ryan was born and raised in Indianapolis. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors. One of his life-long goals is to hike the entire Appalachian Trail from Maine to Georgia. Admittedly not much of a cook, Ryan does enjoy exploring new restaurants and trying a wide variety of foods.

A fan of the Manchester United soccer team, Ryan continues to play the sport competitively and enjoys coaching at the youth level. Music is also a big part of Ryan’s life and he is currently learning to play the piano. Although he enjoys a variety of genres, classical is his favorite. Ryan looks forward to exploring the Midwest and welcomes suggestions of places to visit.
