As Managing Partner, Ed Mamrak leads PrincetonOne’s national retained search practice and oversees the company’s global business development council. Ed has worked with many of the same clients over the past 15 years in the life sciences, consumer goods/services, healthcare, insurance, technology, and professional services industries. His primary focus is retained search at the Director level and above, within the general management, sales, marketing, IT, finance and HR disciplines. For searches that fall outside of the disciplines in which he specializes, Ed partners with other PrincetonOne professionals as needed.

Before joining PrincetonOne, Ed was President of Judge Executive Search, a division of the global human capital solutions firm The Judge Group. He also served as President of Banister International, an organization focused on retained search and project work. Prior to Banister International, Ed was a Regional Vice President for a $100 million, 50 branch regional operation of a major staffing firm.

Ed received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
