Jim serves as Managing Director of PrincetonOne’s Retained Executive Search team. He excels in building high performance teams across a broad range of industry sectors as demonstrated by his roles as former General Manager, Vice President and CEO / COO for companies including General Electric and ITT.

He continues to develop and implement tailored solutions for the most complex hiring needs in the Retained Search division for PrincetonOne. Having founded his own search firm, Jim is regarded as one of the top performers in the executive search industry.

Jim earned his bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Providence College and is a graduate of GE’s IMPACT and Executive Development Programs He and his wife, Winnie, live in Center City, Philadelphia and are active in church and community organizations.
