Dave Campeas is president and chief executive officer of PrincetonOne. He founded the company, initially called Princeton Search Group, in 2002. PrincetonOne is a recruitment services firm, providing talent solutions to address unmet recruitment and retention needs for clients on a global scale.

Dave provides direction and leadership for the corporation to ensure its continued growth and achievement of strategic goals. With more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry, he is a known thought leader and is quoted widely in national publications, including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Washington Post, and other media. Prior to incorporating PrincetonOne, Dave served as vice president of company operations for Management Recruiters International, Inc. (MRI) for five years and owned and operated an MRI franchise for 11 years.
