Challenge

Our partner needed a recruiting partner to support the launch of a first-in-class ophthalmic product. Specifically, they were looking for a partner to support strategic messaging, diversity sourcing, candidate engagement, data monitoring, and consultation to ensure a seamless launch.

Solution

PrincetonOne partnered with the client, implementing a dedicated recruiting team to source and hire their initial sales team. Following the success of the first engagement, the client re-engaged us a year later to support an expansion driven by growth. This second phase required additional sales team members to scale their operations and meet increasing demand.

Results

First Engagement: PrincetonOne successfully hired 85 sales team members to support the product launch. Of those hires, 65% were gender diverse, and 20% were racially/ethnically diverse, aligning with the client’s diversity aspirations.

Second Engagement: For the expansion, we hired 45 additional sales professionals, achieving 66% gender diversity and 18% racial/ethnic diversity among the new hires.

This ongoing partnership highlights our ability to deliver top talent while fostering diversity and supporting long-term client growth.

PrincetonOne was absolutely OUTSTANDING. I can’t imagine a better partner through every step of this process. Our recruiters were timely with a sense of urgency, proactive, helped identify strengths in candidates and aligned with what I was looking for immediately. The group of candidates could not say enough about their support and guidance, they truly felt the recruiters had their best interests at heart throughout the process (even those that I ultimately released).
