The Challenge

From 2024 to 2025, PrincetonOne was involved in a large-scale hiring expansion for our client for 80 Territory Business Managers (TBMs) specializing in the psychiatry space. The hiring timeline was extremely tight, and many target markets were highly competitive. In addition, the organization placed a strong emphasis on recruiting experienced, diverse candidates with psychiatry backgrounds, while maintaining a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
