Connecting with top performing professionals throughout the nation and providing them a service as they are looking for a new job or that next step in their career. I also enjoy the colleagues I work with and the day-to-day interactions at PrincetonOne.

We work with a company that has exceptional products, fantastic pipeline development, and an excellent leadership team and company culture. It seems that every candidate I get to work with is driven, talented, and passionate about making a difference in the medical community.

Person within PrincetonOne that you would like to acknowledge?
Eric Castillo – he is the model of positive energy, attitude, and exceptional work ethic; he is also an top-notch recruiter. Although he has already proven himself to be a top performer – he goes above and beyond every single day to continue growing and improve himself.

Person you most admire?
John Duffy, my father

Favorite mentor/mentee?
Gracie Marks – when she was working with me she was great in learning what motivates me and where I would like to take my career with PrincetonOne. She gained a full understanding of which way I ‘work best’ and which form of communication worked best for me. She was also professional and honest when sharing feedback with me about areas that needed improvement – all of this has helped me develop and optimize my performance.
