PrincetonOne Indianapolis—Creating Awareness About Bipolar Disorders
On March 30, our Indianapolis team wore green in support of World Bipolar Day. The event is celebrated each year on this date in recognition of Vincent Van Gogh’s birthday, who was posthumously diagnosed as possibly having bipolar disorder. The goal of World Bipolar Day is to inspire a global shift in thinking that will eliminate the social stigma about this severe and debilitating mental illness and promote acceptance through education, activism and outreach. According to the World Health Organization, bipolar disorders are the 6th leading cause of disability, affecting over 60 million people worldwide. Learn more about bipolar disorders at www.ibpf.org
