Meet Isaac Whatley, Recruitment Specialist from our RPO team in Indianapolis
“Isaac has an amazing attitude, no matter how busy or hectic his schedule is. Since moving into a recruiting role, he continued to source large numbers of quality candidates in very short time frames. It’s evident that he takes pride in his work and is a shining example of the culture we strive to exhibit at PrincetonOne—work hard, be willing lend a helping hand and welcome new challenges.”
Isaac joined PrincetonOne in August, 2017 as a contractor and was hired full-time as a Recruitment Specialist three months later. He credits his personal growth and success to the training, guidance, feedback and support he receives from his colleagues in Indianapolis. Isaac also recognizes his mother’s determination and strength as a source of his inspiration. Instilling these traits in him at a young age, Isaac approaches every situation with a smile on his face. He believes that his compassion and kindness help him get through difficult situations with a positive attitude.
To Isaac, the most enjoyable part of his role is telling candidates about potential job opportunities. He finds it extremely fulfilling when he shares the good news that they’re moving on to the next step in the hiring process.
One of Isaac’s favorite clients is a California-based biosciences company he has worked with since the inception of their project. He enjoys interacting with their key stakeholders and partnering with them to grow their team from the ground up. He also credits a pharmaceutical company client for one of his most rewarding placements. After overcoming some initial challenges, Isaac was able to place the perfect candidate for its Miami territory.
