Meet Ashley Farley, Recruitment Relationship Manager

“Ashley always has a positive attitude and is willing to support the team wherever she is needed. This summer she helped wrap up a successful expansion by supporting several recruiting efforts for one of our biosciences clients. Ashley was also the ‘go to’ Relationship Manager for a recent project with a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company while the project manager was away. She worked diligently through all of the project’s challenges and had continuous communication with the team through the initial ambiguity. Ashley is a wonderful asset to the PrincetonOne team!”

As a Recruitment Relationship Manager since 2015, Ashley partners with companies’ Hiring Managers and the internal PrincetonOne team to help clients’ fill their open roles with ‘best-fit’ candidates. She enjoys building and creating strong relationships with clients and is gratified when Hiring Managers value the partnership and trust the insight the PrincetonOne team provides. “I truly feel that these types of relationships greatly impact how seamlessly our team can fill our clients’ open positions,” says Ashley.

Working with a variety of clients, she feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to help a San Francisco-based biopharmaceutical company build out its original sales force. “This particular company is such a pleasure to work with. Meeting their team in person really helped build a strong foundation for our relationship. Everyone I work with at this company is extremely personable, ambitious and driven for excellence.”

Originally from Hobart, Indiana, Ashley gets her upbeat attitude and enthusiasm from her mother. She notes, “My mother is always optimistic, motivated and passionate about everything she dedicates her time to. She always encourages me to put my best foot forward and tackle every task with a positive outlook.”

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys indoor rock climbing and hopes to take her hobby outside one day. In addition to her collection of coffee cups acquired from various cities and state parks, Ashley has a collection of pets, including two dogs, a Labradoodle named Molly, a mutt named Twix and a tabby cat named KitKat.
