Meet Emilee Liston, PrincetonOne Recruitment Relationship Manager
“Emilee is an exceptional asset to the PrincetonOne team and to the culture in our Indianapolis office. Regardless of the position she is recruiting for, Emilee is devoted to finding and placing the best of the best candidates. Her determination and high touch approach are reflected in her high placement success rate. Approachable, friendly and always eager to lend a helping hand, Emilee approaches every project with a positive attitude and a smile on her face.”
Since joining PrincetonOne in October 2017 as a Talent Assessment Specialist, Emilee has been rising through the ranks. In February 2018 she was promoted to Recruiting Specialist and in November 2018 she assumed her current role of Recruitment Relationship Manager. Today her responsibilities include engaging with and sourcing candidates for clients. Partnering closely with hiring managers and the PrincetonOne team, Emilee consistently identifies highly qualified candidates for her clients’ open positions. “I thoroughly enjoy building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. And it’s even more rewarding when I send a potential candidate to a hiring manager and he or she tells me that I found them the perfect fit,” she notes.
Emilee especially enjoys working with a pharmaceutical client that she has been supporting since she joined the company. “They’re a rare disease company poised to make an immediate impact in the industry and help fulfill an unmet medical need. They employ individuals who are clinically very strong and are truly passionate about helping patients,” says Emilee. “This company thrives in a fast-paced environment and constantly keeps us on our toes and forces us to think outside the box very quickly.”
Originally from Cicero, Indiana, Emilee earned her bachelor’s degree in General Business Studies and Sport Management with a minor in Sales from Manchester University in North Manchester, Indiana. In her spare time, she loves traveling to new places, watching reality TV, spoiling her dog, and reliving her collegiate days by playing slow pitch softball. During her senior year of college, Emilee spent a month in Dublin, Ireland living next door to the Jameson Distillery.
