Meet Stacie Kirby, PrincetonOne Talent Assessment Specialist
“Stacie joined PrincetonOne during a very busy time and was assigned to an ever-changing client. She approached every change in stride and with a positive attitude. And she continues to knock every new challenge and responsibility out of the park. We appreciate the thoughtful suggestions and ideas about training, development, and potential P1 Cares opportunities that she offers to her peers and the leadership team. We’re excited to have Stacie on our team and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes in 2019!”
Stacie joined PrincetonOne in August 2018. As a Talent Assessment Specialist, her responsibilities include screening and researching applicants and referrals for open positions and helping maintain a steady stream of candidates.
Two of her favorite clients are both companies addressing very important medical issues—mental health and chronic kidney disease. “Often times I have to make a judgment call when sourcing candidates. Before I present them to these two clients, I want to be 100% sure that they are truly passionate about working for a company focused on making a difference,” says Stacie.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Stacie graduated from Purdue University Global with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a concentration in Industrial Psychology. Her favorite television show is Scrubs, and in her free time Stacie writes short stories and develops ideas for screenplays. She also enjoys watching and rooting for the Michigan State Spartans and vacationing in Southern California. “A little-known fact about me is that I love astronomy and if money wasn’t an object, I would have become an astronaut.”
