Heather joined PrincetonOne in 2012. As Client Services Manager for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team, she serves as a critical partner for both organizations and individuals. Taking great pride in her role, Heather connects people to great opportunities and helps companies attract and retain the highest level of excellence in their talent solutions. Compassionate and friendly, she is dedicated to providing a personalized, human touch with every business interaction.

As the point person for interview scheduling, Heather provides timely turnaround and excellent communication with both clients and candidates. Always willing to go above and beyond, she is also responsible for vetting candidates for the firm’s pharmaceutical clients’ commercial sales expansions through a comprehensive background and reference check process.

Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University in Bloomington, and her master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, watching documentaries and spending time with her rescue dog, Coco.
