Jessica Miller, Senior Director of Sales, has been an integral leader for PrincetonOne’s RPO team since 2002.  Jessica specializes in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic commercial sales engagements including hiring programs supporting yearly attrition and expansion projects.  She is passionate about creating customized hiring solutions for each individual company she works alongside.  With 17 years of experience, Jessica has a keen understanding of the RPO industry and the trends that shape each market.

Her attention to detail, high personal expectations, strong work ethic and positive attitude have allowed Jessica to exceed expectations of both companies and clients on over twenty-five major programs.

Jessica holds a BS degree in HTM Management from Purdue University.
