Challenge
Our partner, a start-up organization in the cardiology field, was preparing to launch its first product. By the time our partner approached us, they had already received a CRL, had re- submitted, and were awaiting FDA response. They faced a tight deadline to recruit specialized talent in a niche market—all while navigating the complexities of the pandemic.
Solution
PrincetonOne designed and executed a targeted hiring program to fill critical leadership positions in Market Access, Commercial Operations, and Sales. After beginning the partnership and kicking off recruiting for key roles, the Client received another CRL, which put the recruiting program on hold for a year and a half until the 3rd NDA Submission. Once again, in anticipation of approval, PrincetonOne recruited key roles and the Client received approval in October 2022. Since the expansion in 2022, PrincetonOne has continued our partnership with recruitment support for attrition roles, small expansions for growth, and added hiring support for the Marketing team.
