Our partner needed to build their first U.S. commercial infrastructure and sales force for the anticipated launch of a first-in-class oral medication to treat patients with multiple myeloma. With Orphan Drug and Fast Track designations granted by the FDA, our partner knew they needed an experienced recruiting partner to help build their first sales force. The task was compounded by a tight timeline and highly specific experience requirements.
