The Challenge

Our partner, a start-up organization gearing up for the launch of a first-in-class product in a challenging disease state, needed to build out their Market Access team. This disease area had seen repeated failures by others trying to bring similar therapies to market, making the stakes exceptionally high. The client required a recruitment partner with the expertise to source and hire this critical team within an ambitious timeline.

Our Solution

PrincetonOne worked with the VP and Executive Directors already in place to hire the remaining team members required for this department, including an Executive Director of Key Accounts, National Account Directors (NADs), Regional Account Directors (RADs), and Key Account Directors (KADs). We deployed our Executive RPO Team to lead the effort.

Key initiatives included:

  • Managing all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, hosting hiring events, and extending verbal offers.
  • Delivering strategic consultation throughout the process to navigate the complexities of building this new team for a first-in-class drug launch.
