Our Partner
An American biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics for genetically defined diseases.
Challenge
Our partner has been a trailblazer in the development of RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics, transforming a Nobel Prize-winning discovery into an entirely new class of medicines. Their robust pipeline of investigational RNAi therapeutics is focused on diseases with high unmet medical need, including transthyretin amyloidosis, rare diseases, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, and neurological diseases.
In 2017, they faced a critical need for recruiting support to hire their inaugural sales team ahead of the anticipated launch of their first therapy. With a tight timeline and high stakes, they required a partner capable of delivering top-tier talent efficiently and effectively.
Solution
PrincetonOne collaborated closely with the client, delivering a comprehensive recruiting solution that included:
- Talent sourcing and recruiting.
- Interview scheduling and event planning for final interview sessions.
- On-site support and reference checking.
This approach ensured the sales team was fully in place and prepared for the first product approval.
Due to the success of this engagement, our partnership has continued for more than seven years. PrincetonOne has supported four major expansions and continues to provide on-demand recruitment for attrition and turnover needs, particularly in sales and sales management.

Over seven years, PrincetonOne has provided dedicated recruiting support for 160+ critical roles.
