Alli joined PrincetonOne in 2021. As an Executive Recruiter, she is responsible for seeking candidates and placing them in Accounting and Finance roles, including Financial Analysts, Chief Accounting Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Controllers, and Finance Managers.

To Alli, the most rewarding part of her role is helping others find careers that they are truly satisfied in. She knows work is a huge part of people’s lives and being able to match them to the right job is a very rewarding experience. Her clients and candidates can expect attention to detail, persistence, and constant communication when working with her.

Alli earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. She recently moved to Pompano Beach, Florida to enjoy the sunshine and be able to be outside year-round. She loves participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, or paddle-boarding. Her favorite activity, though, is anything that involves her 5-month-old golden retriever puppy.
