Fred joined PrincetonOne in March of 2022, bringing over seven years of industry expertise and knowledge. As an Executive Recruiter in the Manufacturing industry, Fred focuses on placing Directors, Managers, Engineers and Technicians with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering skill sets (mainly Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Process, Controls).

To Fred, the most rewarding part of his role is the ability to have a positive impact on the people he works with during the recruitment process. Clients can expect transparency, reliability, expertise, and exceptional service when working with him.

Fred earned his bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife Jackie, their two sons Holden and Noah, and dogs, Charlie and Turbo. During his free time, Fred enjoys traveling, golfing, and playing music.
