Jarad joined PrincetonOne in 2022, bringing over 20 years of recruiting experience. In his role as a Senior Executive Recruiter, Jarad focuses on placing candidates in various roles in the Manufacturing Industry, including Electrical Project Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Facilities Specialist, Controls Engineer, Production Manager, Mechanical Engineers, and Maintenance Managers. He is certified in AIRS powered by ADP Certified Internet Recruiter Training (CIR) and completed the training for Certified Staffing Professional (CSP)

To Jarad, the most rewarding part of being a recruiter is getting to be a part of the advancement of one’s career and the improvement of the quality of their work life. Jarad earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Hazardous Materials Management from the University of Findlay in Ohio. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. He loves volunteering in his free time. One of his proudest moments was being a team captain for the Komen Race for the Cure. His sister is a two-time breast cancer survivor and one of his proudest moments was when his team was honored as a top ten fundraiser for the biggest Komen Race in the world.
