Vice President of Learning & Development
Jon holds over two decades of industry experience. Upon joining PrincetonOne, he quickly built a reputation for sourcing the highest quality talent in the marketplace. He helped develop a national sourcing center and his teams found top performers for a multitude of clients. After demonstrating an ability and passion for teaching success within the business, Jon was promoted to Training and Fulfillment Manager. Throughout the role change, he consistently maintained his status among PrincetonOne’s top performers.
In July 2001 Jon was promoted to Managing Partner, responsible for operations and ongoing training and development for PrincetonOne’s executive recruiters. As a manager, he mentored many of his account executives to award-winning status–successfully transforming them into one of the most successful teams within the company.
After two years, Jon’s role was expanded again to Vice President of Professional Search. His responsibilities included management of the company’s executive search service in a variety of industries, such as accounting, healthcare, retail, financial services, consumer packaged goods and technology.
In 2017 he assumed his current position of Vice President of Learning and Development. Tasked with leading corporate wide-learning and change management initiatives for every PrincetonOne division, Jon focuses on leadership development and organizational efficiency. Additionally, he is responsible for the company’s internal talent acquisition—sourcing the best and the brightest in the industry to work for PrincetonOne.
