Michelle joined PrincetonOne in 2022, bringing over 30 years of industry knowledge and experience. In her role as Managing Director, Michelle oversees the Accounting & Finance, and Retail national recruiting teams through strong leadership and guidance.

To her, the most rewarding part of working in the recruiting industry is helping people find their dream job and helping companies find their employees. It’s rewarding to her to build long-term relationships and partnerships that come full circle as our candidates become clients and our clients become our candidates. She also loves getting referrals as that is the biggest compliment you can get in this industry and educating clients on the current market. Clients and candidates can expect honesty and loyalty as well as confidentiality when working with Michelle.

Throughout her career, Michelle has earned impressive industry accolades including Service of Excellence, Best EPITA margin increase, and Branches Over 1 million dollars in EVA several years in a row.

Michelle was born and raised in Austin and still resides there with her family. She has been married to her husband for 24 years and has a son who will be attending college this year. In her free time, she loves to work out, shop, travel, and watch reality TV.
