As a business innovator with an extensive track record of strategic planning and visioning, Randy focuses on researching leads and market trends, establishing relationships with potential clients, and providing in-depth reporting to help an experienced team of account executives deliver the best possible talent solutions to their clients.

In addition to lead generation, strategic planning and business intelligence, his responsibilities include building a market presence and developing a rapport with new clients. Randy earned his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.
