Sena joined PrincetonOne in 2022, bringing over five years of recruiting experience. As an Executive Recruiter, Sena helps place candidates in Accounting and Finance roles, including CFO, Payroll, and Controllers.

In her previous role, Sena earned the title of Assistant Vice President of Accounting Operations in 2021. To her, the most rewarding part of her role is working with a client to find the right person that fits their company’s needs while simultaneously working with a candidate to guide them through the process. Clients can expect a recruiter who is dedicated to their search and someone who will get the position filled.

Her recruitment philosophy is to meet candidates where they are, be approachable and empathize with their situation. It’s important to Sena to find out what a client’s priority is so that she can make it her priority during the recruitment process.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She currently lives in Indianapolis with her husband, two dogs, and cat. Sena enjoys bike riding, boating, and traveling. She is an officer for the Indianapolis Chapter of the American Payroll Association, where she supports the organization as secretary. She is also an avid consumer of books and podcasts.
