Our search process begins with our world-class research from both our internal database and the best available external databases. We then employ a telephone or a face-to-face- competency behavior-based interview process. Our reduced time to hire is driven by our refined process and existing candidate relationships, as well as our collaboration and cooperation with our clients. We meet weekly with our clients to review the progress made on their specific projects and discuss information regarding the target source companies, identified candidates, and potential, vetted candidates. We provide our clients details on the candidates’ career history, accomplishments, education, compensation, motivation level, relocation status, and his or her current status in our recruitment process. We act as a trusted adviser to our clients and market their companies as top employers of choice. Our selected candidates have been shown to deliver immediate results and have the stretch to do much more for our clients in the future.
Our candidates are truly the top talent in their companies and industries. We build strong relationships with candidates in their respective specialty areas. Through research and conversation, we learn about the candidates’ past successes, as well as what would motivate them both personally and professionally to make career changes.
