With our new monthly series, we will get to know the people who make up the talented PrincetonOne team.  For our first edition, we shine the spotlight on Amy Bucci, PrincetonOne’s new Director of Human Resources.

If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Despite the two day traveling requirement, I would love to vacation in Bora Bora in an overwater bungalow with a see-through glass bottom.

Favorite food:
Filet mignon in a balsamic glaze, served with roasted asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes.

Favorite book or movie from childhood:
I am somewhat embarrassed to say that my favorite movie from my childhood would be Mr. Mom.  I thought it was so hysterical, back in 1983!

Something you might be surprised to know about me:
I hate to cook.  My husband does all of the cooking, with the exception of rice pudding, I make a delicious rice pudding.

What do you enjoy most about the work that you do each day?
I initially pursued a Master’s degree in Human Resources because simply put, I wanted to help people.  The reason I choose to have a career in human resources is for the opportunity to influence aspects of an organization and to assist in the development of its employees.  I enjoy working at PrincetonOne because I get the opportunity to do both!

Every day I am faced with new challenges and I welcome the opportunity to educate employees on policies and procedures, help employees with health and welfare concerns, and be a valuable resource for employers.
