Meet Rocky Holmes, our February RPO employee of the month.

Rocky joined PrincetonOne as Recruitment Relationship Manager in 2017 with seven years of recruiting experience. Dedicated to finding the best fit for the companies and clients with whom she works, she enjoys building lasting relationships and providing focused, dedicated service that drives exceptional results.

One of the most rewarding assignments of Rocky’s career was helping young fathers from a family center in Indianapolis find jobs. “Educating and placing these young men who either needed a second chance or an opportunity to find positions where they could continue their growth and development was an absolute joy to me,” she says.

Born in Kentucky, Rocky was raised in Indiana as the second youngest child in a family of eight siblings. Her mother’s unconditional love, guidance, selflessness, encouragement and insightfulness have always been an inspiration to Rocky. She also admires all of her sisters and brothers, particularly her oldest sister who she describes as hardworking, dedicated and powerful. Rocky truly believes that her son and daughter are by far her greatest achievements, and she enjoys spending her time away from the office with her family and friends.
