MJ joined PrincetonOne in 2016 and currently serves as Senior Director of Talent for the company’s RPO team.  He oversees internal operations teams including client delivery, client services, as well as talent delivery in addition to supporting resource allocation across the division.

MJ works closely with internal leadership and our clients to help determine key needs for programs including training, reporting, event planning, and scoping vendor partnerships.  In addition to his role, MJ created and spearheads P1cares, PrincetonOne’s company-wide service program supporting volunteering and community engagement activities.

MJ is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah. Away from the office, MJ enjoys tending to his urban homestead complete with chickens and a robust garden with his girlfriend, Sena, their dog, Oliver and their cat, Richard. His hobbies also include traveling, volunteering and showing off his Championship Pigeon Showman belt buckle around the office.
