Tyler joined PrincetonOne in 2017 as a Talent Assessment Specialist for the RPO division. Today, in his current role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, he focuses on sourcing and hiring employees for various roles. To Tyler, the most rewarding part of his job is when former candidates reach out to let me know that it has been a pleasure working with me despite not being selected for the role.

Trustworthy, Optimistic, and Creative, clients can expect a collaborative and transparent process when working with him. He is always one call or email away from connecting with the right candidate and knows not to give up when faced with adversity. The right candidate is waiting to be uncovered and Tyler has the drive to leave no stone unturned.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tyler is an Indy native through and through. He earned his bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Indiana University with a minor in safety.  In his free time, he enjoys playing board games, soccer, golf and cooking. He also enjoys making sure his two cats, Theo and Hank, are spoiled.
