Celena joined PrincetonOne in January, 2018 as a Recruitment Relationship Manager. A true business partner to the clients and candidates she represents, Celena provides focused, dedicated service that drives exceptional results. Some of her responsibilities include building and sustaining relationships with clients’ hiring managers, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible candidates are presented to hiring managers, and working with multiple open positions and hiring managers. In addition to knowing exactly what her clients are looking for, Celena genuinely cares about providing companies with the right long-term solutions.

“The most rewarding part about my role is when I receive positive feedback from hiring managers after finding the best candidates for their open positions,” says Celena. “I particularly enjoy working with one of our pharmaceutical clients because I appreciate their organized hiring process and the focus they place on creating a compliant candidate experience. Additionally, I believe their values truly revolve around helping patients lead healthier lives, and it feels great to be part of that process.”

Originally from Indianapolis, Celena received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new cities, states and countries. “I love exploring the ins and outs of an unfamiliar place, especially trying new restaurants and cuisines,” she notes.
