Prior to joining PrincetonOne in 1999, Ginnette gained her depth of experience working in a variety of academic, medical and other types of special libraries. During her tenure at a chemical company, Ginnette created a recycling/waste reduction program that subsequently won the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency’s annual small business award.

Today she serves as PrincetonOne’s Senior Director of Research. In addition to managing the entire research team, she creates job postings and conducts searches for all of the company’s open job requisitions. Ginnette also supports the company’s recruiters by overseeing the company’s record management system—ensuring its accuracy and functionality. “I enjoy getting involved with job placements,” says Ginnette. “I’m fortunate to work with a great team and couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with.”

In addition to being a ‘heavy duty’ fan of horror and sci fi television and movies, Ginnette is passionate about her Devon Rex cat, Carmen. “Most people have never seen this breed, but if you’re a cat lover, they’re great. I also really, really like sloths!”
