As a Senior Executive Recruiter, Wayne works directly with hiring executives and human resources partners at business services companies across the country to find, hire, and retain key senior executives to fit their unique needs.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Wayne’s favorite sports teams are the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. When asked who he admires, “I’m am my wife and my daughter’s number one fan. One of my greatest pleasures in life is the ability to play golf with my wife on a regular basis. I’m also very proud of the fact that I’ve traveled to nearly every state in the United States.”
