Katie joined PrincetonOne in 2018 as a Talent Assessment Specialist and quickly transitioned roles as a Talent Delivery Manager. She is responsible for ensuring that hiring managers are continuously presented with the most qualified candidates. As a Talent Delivery Manager, Katie is responsible for the training and development of the Talent Assessment Specialist team. Katie states, “I love to make an impact on those I work with.”

Katie’s favorite client is a Massachusetts-based biotechnology company. “I’ve built incredible relationships with the hiring managers I work with every day.”

Originally from Greenwood, Indiana, Katie obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis where she majored in Communications and minored in Electronic Media. During college, she interned at The Home Shopping Network and appeared on air with Wendy Williams. A self-proclaimed, “Ellen-Obsessed Fan,” she enjoys watching the Ellen DeGeneres show in her spare time.
