Amy’s career in human resources began in 1997 at Morse Diesel Construction Company in New Jersey. In 2008 she accepted a human resources role at The Newark Star Ledger newspaper company before joining PrincetonOne in 2016.

In her role as Director of Human Resources, Amy serves as the principal liaison to frontline managers for human resources strategies, philosophies, programs, and initiatives within the organization. With outstanding integrity and sound judgment, Amy is dedicated to ethical and efficient operations with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Dependable, honest, loyal, vigilant and witty, her responsibilities include talent acquisition management, employee benefits administration, employee relations and communication, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation and state and federal employment law compliance. She also manages the PrincetonOne employee health and wellness program.

Amy holds a master’s degree in human resources. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing and spending time with her husband and stepson.
