Becky began her career in the industry in 1995, working as recruiter and project manager for Management Recruiters International of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In 2001, she was hired by Dave Campeas to join MRI in Cleveland, Ohio, which eventually became PrincetonOne in 2003. Over the past decade, Becky has held a variety of roles, including Vice President, Senior Director of Training and Development, and Senior Director of Communications.

Today, as Senior Director of Strategy and Development, she is responsible for establishing and managing tactical goal setting and planning and development for PrincetonOne’s professional search and staffing divisions. Expressive, direct and high spirited, Becky partners with the Managing Partner of professional search to develop and execute strategic objectives that ensure a sustainable pipeline and efficient business performance and company growth.

Becky earned her bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in Secondary Education from the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Passionate about nature conservation, she enjoys volunteering with the Lake Erie Nature & Science Center and its Lights Out Cleveland Program.
