PrincetonOne has undergone many changes and challenges over the past 20 years that have led to our continued prosperity. With our recent 20th anniversary, we want to commemorate our fantastic employees for their hard work and commitment to overcoming these challenges with great strides! 

About PrincetonOne 
PrincetonOne, previously known as Princeton Search, was founded in 2002 by Dave Campeas and Gary Suskin. By 2005 PrincetonOne established 15 offices located throughout all four regions of the US and expanded its partnership with offices in Madrid, Hong Kong and Amsterdam. In 2006, Princeton Search was renamed PrincetonOne to reflect our broader service offerings. 2007 brought the introduction of our first PrincetonOne’s President’s Club Trip to award and recognize our top performing account executives at the Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman.  

By 2008 PrincetonOne, like many other companies, braced for recovery. As a result of the sacrifices made by our dedicated employees to ride the economic downturn, this was also the first year PrincetonOne was named HROToday Baker’s Dozen. By 2018, PrincetonOne went from Baker’s Dozen’s “Emerging Market Leaders in Recruitment Process Outsourcing” to “Overall Midsize Deal Leaders for RPO”. Since 2017 PrincetonOne has been awarded yearly as one of the “Best Professional Recruiting Firms in The Country”, by Forbes. 

In 2020, PrincetonOne, along with the rest of the world, faced the Covid-19 Pandemic. The move to remote work led to the opportunity for PrincetonOne to have remote employees from over 25 states. PrincetonOne supplied our clients and employees with the flexibility and adaptability they needed in the most uncertain of times.  

Conclusion 
As of 2022, PrincetonOne evolved by joining the job.com family so we can continue to offer the most up to date services for our clients and candidates. And, as the job market continues to change, PrincetonOne continues to adapt and innovate. With our 20^th anniversary, PrincetonOne hopes to continue our mission to help our candidates and clients thrive with the very best talent solutions and applaud our staff for the insurmountable work they have achieved to make this mission a reality.
