Where are you originally from?

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

What’s the most rewarding part about being a recruiter?

I truly enjoy having the ability to connect top quality, high performing candidates with career building opportunities.

Who is your favorite client and why?

A large wholesale hardware supplier and manufacturer. They are a fast-paced organization with a Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations who is an innovative thinker and leader.

What’s your most rewarding placement and why?

I enjoyed being the project manager for large petroleum company that was relocating its corporate headquarters from Philadelphia to Dallas. A large percentage of the company’s employees decided not to transfer to Dallas and I was asked to oversee the hiring for the roles that were not making the move.

Who do you most admire?

My son, Daniel. Despite having a visual impairment that categorizes him as ‘legally blind,’ he is always upbeat and very happy. Daniel has tons of energy and enjoys playing football, wrestling and golf. Last year he won 75% of his wrestling matches.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I am very involved in all of my children’s sports teams. I serve as Vice President of the Board for my son’s wrestling club, am a defensive coach for his football team and enjoy volunteering with the local baseball and softball teams.

What is one interesting fact no one knows about you?

I met my wife, Erin, when I was a senior in high school and she was a student at Temple University in Philadelphia. Erin was working in the university’s financial aid office when I applied for financial aid. She thought my application was very complicated because of the amount of time I spent in the office. But truth be told, I was just making excuses to see her again!
