Meet Kylee Hubble, our November RPO employee of the month.

Born and raised in Indiana, Kylee joined PrincetonOne in 2014 and is a Recruitment Relationship Manager in the RPO Division. In addition to building long-term relationships with clients, Kylee enjoys working with candidates throughout the entire search process. She is gratified when their hard work results in a job offer, which at times can be life changing.

Initially feeling that working on an expansion was nerve wracking, Kylee now enjoys the fast-paced environment and embraces new challenges daily. In the past two years, she supported five expansions and considers her two most recent expansions the most rewarding. In her opinion, the candidates she placed for these roles were all extremely patient, focused and highly clinical. Kylee takes great satisfaction in the fact that today they are making a huge impact on the lives of patients and their families.

She has great admiration for her mom who embodies all of the characteristics of a strong woman, including brilliance, success, determination and kindness. When she’s not placing candidates for RPO, Kylee enjoys spoiling her two fur baby Boxers, working out with her fiancé and planning her upcoming May wedding.
