Shortly after joining PrincetonOne in 2016 as a Talent Assessment Specialist, Ashley assumed her current role of Recruitment Relationship Manager. Today, she acts as a liaison between PrincetonOne and hiring managers. Collaborating with an internal team, Ashley successfully builds strong pipelines of candidates for clients and their organizations. Recently, she assumed additional responsibilities as a Talent Delivery Manager. In this role, she leads a team of Talent Assessment Specialists and helps interview and train new hires.  

Ashley’s favorite client is a bioscience company based in California. “I had the opportunity to participate in their second expansion and attrition business. Their hiring managers are extremely motivated and have been a true partner to PrincetonOne.”

Originally from Hobart, Indiana, Ashley received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University. She enjoys vacationing on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and spending time with her two dogs and two cats. Interestingly enough, you may notice that Ashley’s socks almost never match!
