Ashley joined PrincetonOne in 2018 as a Recruitment Relationship Manager. In addition to building and maintaining relationships with client hiring managers, she screens candidates and schedules interviews. She strives to make sure that candidates remain up-to-date throughout the hiring process. “My goal is to make sure that I find the most qualified candidate who is truly invested in the role.”

One of Ashley’s favorite clients is a biopharmaceutical company located in Massachusetts. “I have built and maintained amazing relationships with their associates since they initially built their salesforce and launched their product,” she states.

Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Sports Science from Purdue University. Outside of work, you can find her playing with dogs or reading thriller novels, “I am a lover of all things Australian Cattle Dogs and anything that involves Stephen King!” exclaims Ashley. You also may not know that Ashley is a twin and her brother lives in Bloomington, Indiana.
