“Burt has stepped up to a lot of challenges and really done well within our organization. He is reliable and willing to jump into new things with ease, and I am grateful to have him on the team supporting our clients!”

Burt joined PrincetonOne in 2019 as a Talent Assessment Specialist and quickly transitioned to a Client Services Specialist. Many of his responsibilities include helping to answer any questions that candidates may have, schedule candidates with Talent Assessment Specialists or District Managers from a hiring company, and guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, as well as building lists for recruiter use.

One of Burt’s favorite clients is a New Jersey-based Pharmaceutical company. He noted that their District Managers were easy to communicate with, while their candidate pool was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely understanding with any changes that had to be made throughout the process. “I love playing that small part of working with a company who themselves produce products that are changing lives for the better!” Burt says.

Originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, Burt received a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University – Indianapolis, studying Organization Leadership. He loves eating tacos, watching Ozark on Netflix, as well as exercising in his spare time. You might also see Burt cheering on his favorite baseball team, the Chicago White Sox. Something you may not know is that as a child, Burt went by his middle name, Ryan. He was given the nicknames “Ryno” or “Rhino” as a result.
