Joan began her career in the retail industry in store management after graduating from college. She became a buyer and product manager before joining PrincetonOne’s Retail Search Group in 1999. Today, she is a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in buying and product development. Joan works to connect the right person for all of her clients’ open positions.  

Viewing herself as a “match maker,” Joan strives to ensure that every individual she places aligns with her client’s goals and organizational culture. “It’s extremely rewarding to discover a needle in a haystack candidate and partnering with my clients to make that perfect hire,” she states.

Outside of her work, Joan and her husband enjoy renovating their home they purchased at auction or spending time on their boat at Lake Winnipesaukee. A little-known fact about Joan: she is a fantastic house painter. She touts, “I can cut in and around trim without painters’ tape and my lines stay straight!”
