Juanita joined PrincetonOne in October 2019. In her role as a Project Support/Sourcing Specialist, she focuses on researching candidate contact information, sourcing passive candidates, and scheduling interviews for her team. To Juanita, the most rewarding part of her role is being able to diversity source. She loves giving candidates that might not have been sourced via traditional methods an opportunity to further their career.

From Indianapolis, Indiana, Juanita earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in General Studies and her master’s degree in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a mother to three kids and is a die-hard Colts fan.

Something interesting that people might not know about Juanita is that she loves crafting and decorating. When she wants to relax, she researches something that interests her, or she makes something from scratch (food, jewelry, beaded pictures).
