Tyler joined PrincetonOne in 2017 and understands that talented, skilled, motivated employees are the biggest indicator for success in any business. Working closely with candidates, he has a keen ability to pinpoint what they have to offer, understand their career objectives and what they are seeking in their next role. “Nothing makes me happier than when I match a candidate with the perfect position and they call me to tell me how genuinely excited they are to start their new job,” says Tyler. “I especially enjoy working with one of our pharmaceutical clients because everyone I speak with is extremely patient-centered and I believe they’re in business for the right reasons.”

Originally from Avon, Indiana, Tyler graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and a minor in Safety. His favorite television show is Always Sunny in Philadelphia and he enjoys listening to the music of MF DOOM. In his time away from the office, Tyler can either be found vacationing in Lake Hiwassee in Western North Carolina or browsing in his favorite book store, Half Priced Books in Indianapolis.
