As Program Director for PrincetonOne since 2018, Celena is responsible for helping candidates move throughout the hiring process and help them find the right match. Hardworking, honest, enthusiastic and motivated, Celena is dedicated to success and builds strong relationships with clients. To her, the most rewarding part of her role is working with clients to help them execute their hiring goals while developing and coaching a team of recruiters.

Celena earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She currently lives in the Indianapolis area with her fiancé and seven-month-old Husky, Lola.
