Prior to joining PrincetonOne, Christine spent 15 years in the residential mortgage and finance industry. Her experience transferred extremely well to her current career in retail recruiting. During her first year in the industry, she earned MRINetwork’s Pacific Region Rookie of the Year Award, finishing in the top 20 for the Pacific Region and in the top 25% for the company overall. Christine is also a perennial President’s Club Award winner—placing her among an elite group of PrincetonOne recruiters.

Today as Retail Search Group’s Division Director, Christine brings an innate ability to adapt to changing market conditions and provide a leadership quality to retail clients in merchandise planning and allocation, demand planning, replenishment, inventory management and supply chain management. Highly motivated, she provides excellent customer service and the ability to originate and secure a customer base with proven growth and success.

Christine’s passion comes from her desire to establish and strengthen relationships between her clients and candidates. Her mission is to represent clients with honesty and integrity, respect candidates in every interaction, and work with her colleagues collaboratively.

Christine earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of California, Davis. She also holds the Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) certification, which represents a total commitment to professionalism in the industry. The certification also requires several years of experience combined with a demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws, industry best practices and executive search methodology.
